Authentic Afghan home style recipes with great care given to cooking and preparation with fresh rich spices. Terrific appetizers. Aushak is a freshly made dumpling with ground beef and spicing ($10). Kaddu - pumpkin and garlic herb mix topped with garlic sour cream suace and dried mint. Vegan sensitive dishes. They serve and sell their flavorful Cilantro Chuntey - A mix of cilantro, walnuts, garlic, vinegar and green peppers ($5).
