Ingredients

2, 15 oz cans of black beans

1 can pumpkin puree or ripe bananas

1 lb pitted Medjool dates

4 t vanilla extract

2 flax eggs (2 T ground flax, 4 T water)

1 1/2 C almond meal (powdered almonds)

1 C cocoa powder

2 t baking soda

4 t baking powder

1/4 t sea salt

2 C chopped walnuts
