Restaurant Information

Any restaurant owner or group agency can add a restaurant or make changes to their restaurant information in the USRG. Simply go to the restaurant page within USRG and click on the link, "I am the Owner, manager or chef and have new information.". Enter your USRG password which is free. No password? On that same page is a request form for your password.  It is free and we will not solicit you. Edit your page directly!

New Restaurants should contact the USRG Editor at jbeaulieu@usrg.com or by phone. USRG will create your account within 6 hours by email, or can 5 minutes if you call. Alternatively you can "Add a New Restaurant by email".

Existing Restaurants, sign up from the restaurant page within USRG.

We prefer you get an account so our staff does not have to maintain your information. If you think your restaurant information will change more than once a year this is your best way to make changes.  When your account is enabled you can directly edit your restaurant information on line.

Good information saves diners time. It helps reduce calls seeking information and reduces miscommunication or misunderstanding. By posting your menu (or link to one you already have), you eliminate having to Fax menus. It adds to your online presence. Besides its free advertising.

How To Find your Restaurant in the USRG

To get to your page, start from the USRG home page, click on by State, then click on the city, then click on Restaurants A-Z, then your restaurant. From your restaurant page, click on the "I am the owner and have a comment" button that leads to your sign in page. You can sign up for your free account. It is the best way to change restaurant information because you can do it any hour of any day.

If your restaurant has any error of fact such as the hours, owner or credit card information, and you cannot make changes on your page, notify USRG to have it corrected free of charge typically within 1 hour. 

Restaurants use the guide to keep diners well-informed. The USRG portrays restaurants as a total multi-service source showing the dining, takeout, delivery, banquet, catering and recipes on one page

If you want to tell us about a new restaurant, you can add it by filling this form out. You must tell us the restaurant city, state, phone, address, cuisine. Better yet, complete each line of the following form and send it to the USRG editor at jbeaulieu@usrg.com


USRG Restaurant Members

The USRG reaches a large Internet dining audience. USRG is where a diner will stop to lookup and find restaurants with reviews, awards and useful information. As a very low fee subscription service, restaurants can present pictures, awards, popular reviews, letters from diners, coupons to welcome the thousands of Internet viewers who visit the USRG. Restaurant Recipes for Foodies

Recipes are also provided by restaurants who want to share their culture and culinary skill. This is especially useful for the USRG Internet audience. They travel and enjoy what is going on in the fine restaurants of the cities of the US. By offering recipes you can share your culture with the Internet audience who may come to visit you some day. Your recipe area can also promote or feature cook books or cooking classes. If you want to send a recipe, we will review and post it. For the dish include its title, a story about it, why you like it, ingredient list and cooking steps for the dish. For an example see the Zuni recipe . History The USRG dining guide & culinary site was launched in October 1997. Mark Beaulieu created this as well as the original Digital Lantern Digital City guides. The guides were sold through Apple Computer in 1992, rave-reviewed in Wired magazine, and the name "Digital City" was sold to AOL in 1996.
