Large international communities have established a permanent cooking style in the USA. These traditional styles - Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Irish and Mexican - among other communities have introduced new ingredients, dishes, and cultural styles. The national cuisine of local restaurants and their recipes can be found within the cities of the USRG - such as the Best Chinese restaurants of Santa Cruz. Typical recipes of national origin are made in the homes of many Americans as readily as they are ordered out.
