San Antonio

an Antonio has 2649 restaurants, many Mexican and Texan-oriented. Steaks, Mexican food, and all kinds of BBQ and home style cooking in the city. If you have some imagination and can let yourself go with the actors of the evening, a good All-American restaurant is the Magic Time Machine. An old time Texas style steak house is the Barn Door. Down on the River are many charming restaurants. The Little Rhein Steak House or the quaint La Paloma are some favorites.

Recipes
Some restaurants are sharing their recipes so you can cook at home. To qualify as a regional cooking guide, the USRG presents some typical regional dishes, offered by the kitchens of diners of the area. Some restaurants also offer their dining and takeout menus which we note. Any restaurant with recipes and menus has a special mention on their own restaurant page.

People
Local reviewers for this area are the famed ex-gardeners the Beaulieu's who live a pleasant life in the city.
